In the spring of 2011, the Oklahoma State University Library distributed approximately 3,000 copies of the DVD Indians, Outlaws, and Angie Debo to school libraries, public libraries, academic libraries, and tribal libraries throughout Oklahoma. In order to better facilitate use of the DVD by students, Library staff created materials that can be used by teachers or parents when showing and discussing the documentary.
These games, exercises, and questions have been developed specifically for Indians, Outlaws, and Angie Debo by Latasha Wilson of the Oklahoma Oral History Research Program at the OSU Library. Some are designed to keep students engaged while watching the DVD, while others provide discussion frameworks and classroom activities for use after the viewing.
